Thanks for your hard work Trevor. We appreciate you getting our furnace running again.

I left a message at 8:47 am first thing Tuesday morning after having my air out all Memorial Day weekend. I hadn't called earlier even though the temps were in the 90's because I figured I'd pay much more for a holiday call. Well Trevor the owner got back with me by 9:19am and said he could check it out between 11 & 11:30. He arrived promptly & checked my A/C and found it needed a freon charge. He charged it in 20 minutes & it's cooling great now. Afterwards, he told me he doesn't charge extra for holidays, weekends or evenings, so I know who'll I'll call in the future. Great service at a fair price.

We had a problem with our furnance going on and off all winter last year. It started to happen again this year. I called Trevor last Friday for an appointment. He came right on time. He identified the problem without running any unnecessary tests.



He was not only very friendly, but explained everything so clearly that my wife was able to understand. His pricing was more then reasonable and I could not be more statisfiied with my experience.



I have 10 brothers and sisters and I have made them aware as well as all my co-workers. I have a new heating and cooling guy for life. Thanks again Trevor!!

IT WAS A HOT, HUMMID DAY AND MY OFFICE GIRLS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LACK OF COOLING. I HAD SEEN A NEW REPAIR TRUCK AROUND

GREEN WITH FRESH AIR HEATING & COOLING ON THE TRUCK ALONG WITH HIS STATE LICENSE #. I CALLED AND THE OWNER (TREVOR) SAID HE WOULD BE THERE

IN 30 MINUTES. HE WENT TO THE ROOF TO CHECK OUR

ROOF TOP UNITS. IN MINUTES HE FOUND THE PROBLEM

AND HAD THE PART ON HIS STOCKED TRUCK. HE EXPLAINED HOW A EQUIPMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT (ESA) WOULD KEEP ALL OUR EQUIPMENT IN WORKING

ORDER. HE WAS A VERY POLITE AND CLEAN YOUNG MAN WITH OVER 15 YEARS WORKING IN THE HVAC FIELD. GIVE FRESH AIR A CALL AND LET THEM BE YOUR

It was a chilly Sunday in December when our furnace decided to stop working. Freshair heating and cooling came right out to the house. Within the first 10 minutes, the technician(Trevor) knew what the trouble was. He even told us the part was under warranty, so it would only cost us labor. He came back on Monday morning with the part, installed it in less than an hour, and cleaned up after his work.



I liked that his vehicle had the company name and number on it, that he was polite, knowledgeable,

clean and presentable.



He gave us a few suggestions on how to keep the furnace in good working condition. He suggested we have the air conditioner serviced in the spring, and told us about his website where we could get a coupon for the next service call.



I have already given his business card to several family members and friends. I will be calling him in a few weeks for that seasonal air conditioner cleaning.



It is always nice to get great service, friendly help, and know it is from a small local business.
