Cherished Memories Photography

I was so excited to get our family portraits taken....it had been 3 years since we had a family photo taken, and I had spent weeks getting ready.....

The day had finally arrived, the day of our appointment. We were scheduled 11:00 am on a Saturday morning. Just as I was putting the finishing touches on my 3 children, and we were all gathered in the kitchen getting ready to walk out the door so we wouldn't be late...the phone rings. It is "Cherished Memories". It is also 10:30 am. Right before our appointment!!!! The lady from Cherished Memories informes me that she is canceling my appointment. WTH!!!!!!

She should have (at LEAST) offered a free future session. Thanks a LOT, 'Cherished Memories'!!! What a memory!!
