I came to wash my laundry and didn't have my card. The male attendant told to use my debit card at the machine. He didn't, however, tell me that upon using the card, you would Be charged $10.00 each for each swipe. Those charges put my account in the negative. I couldn't get another card to put money onto it because it only gives u options starting at $20. There was no sign notifying anyone of the charges, however the attendant knew of them but failed to tell me until I checked my account in front of him. I'm sorry to say that I won't be returning to wash my laundry again. Now I don't know when I will receive my change back into my account. $11.00 worth of laundry turned into $56.00.
