Takes your money and doesn't want to help you after the fact. I used Mr. Paneque's services for my 2012 tax return. I received notice from the IRS that I was owing additional funds. No problem, I'll contact Mr. Paneque to ask his option and get guidance. I was NEVER able to get him on the phone, as his front desk secretary would always make an excuse that he was unavailable. After trying to contact him for several weeks on end, I needed to move forward. I emailed Mr. Paneque severally along with his front desk personnel. I was told he submitted "something" to the IRS on my behalf. "Could you please let me what you sent to the IRS and mail me a copy?" I never got an explanation and nothing in the mail. I decided to move forward with a new CPA, who reviewed my documentation and found a major error on the part of Mr. Paneque. I guess this is why he didnt want to speak to me by phone or email! Thanks Mr. Paneque for I now owe the IRS my whole 2014 return. He is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy. Save your money and go somewhere else! Perhaps if you speak Spanish you'll get better service with his office :|

Very well established and respected by the community, very professional. Good atmosphere at the office and plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. Very happy to continue being a client. Thanks, Miriam.
