Chappie's Flower Shop

I ordered a gladiola spray standing arrangement online for delivery Feb. 14th 2008. I understand business is very busy on Valentine's day..however, the arrangement arrived at 8pm (4 hours late!!) just before the closing prayer. Unacceptable!! Loooking as though it had traveled all day browning on flowers and an odd cut to the back plam leaves...horrible. They never called me to state it would be late and worse yet they never answered the phone!! picked up and hung up the line alll day..I have a call log & photos to prove all that I have stated. Today (saturday) I call to let them know what bad business they are supplying customers. Met with rude indifference... Only to find out I was charged twice !! Beware they are rude & very unprofessional.
