Do not deal with these crooks. I was called by them to bail a family member out of jail. I explained that I was not in the state and gave them the phone # of someone who was to call. The person was in jail because of a ticket in another county that was actually dismissed, however they did not process the paperwork correctly which resulted in a warrant being issued and his license being suspended. He was stopped in a different county and arrested for the warrant and suspended license. We paid them for his release and he was then transferred to another county because of the ticket and warrant. He serves in the Military and told the judge that he needed to get out because of PT the following day, which was 2 hours away in a different state. The judge granted him a signature bond because he was in the military and released him. The judge also told him that he should by all means show up the following day for his military duty. When we tried to explain this, he immediately interrupted him to say that he was a liar and had not seen a judge. The original ticket for failing to use a turn signal was also dismissed. These crooks called my elderly mother tonight and harassed her to pay the remaining bail because he went out of state for the weekend. She tried to explain why he went out of state but they over talked her, and refused to listen. The now defendant and myself called this company on a conference call. As soon as he identified himself, the person that he was talking to immediately began to overtalk and threaten him for leaving town. He tried to explain why he left the state but the person at this company would not stop over talking him to listen. I interjected and asked if he had the authority to intefere with a person's military duty. He didn't answer the question but instead said that a felon shouldn't be leaving the state under the circumstances. The defendant has NEVER been arrested before, NEVER been in any trouble at all. I asked him where he got that information from and he stated that it was something that he 'heard'. We then told him that he was misinformed and instead of him apologizing for his assumption as we don't believe he 'heard' anything, but just assumed all young black men must be felons, he abruptly asked for the Commanders number so that he could verify what we were saying. We obliged and gave him the information as we had nothing to hide and were being truthful. The sad part about this for me is that I learned today how a young black man's life can be destroyed in an instant. This man was ready to revoke his bond and put him back in jail because he assumed that he was just another thug trying to get over. He is none of that. We also found out that he could have just done a signature bond instead of paying them a penny. Of course they didn't disclose that because they ate crooks. They should be the ones locked up. Do not use these crooks.

Doesn't even desire 1 star. The guy was asleep and was very rude and disrespectful when I asked a question on what is needed to bond someone out (as if everyone should already know the process) told me he was busy and to find another bonding company and hung up.

i actually had a good experience...he was really working with us and we spent a lot of money and he was pretty cool.....he doesnt have people skills or know how to talk to people....very unprofessional but great guy....

This has got to be the worst experience in my entire life!!!! To deal with such rude and obnoxious people is of the devil and I don't advise anyone not even a dog if he could speak to conduct business with these low down dirty people. They pretend to get my loved one out of jail only to find out that they were crooked and took my money. The are very unprofessional sitting in that little so called office , and they talk to you like you are nothing. Please use your time and hard earned money elsewhere. You have been warned, don't say I didn't tell you so. Thanks in advance and you are welcomed in advance.

Find another company. The representative was condescending and disrespectful to my mother.
