US Nails

I went to get my nails done Saturday 12/2/17 I liked them but my husband did not so I went back 12/4/17 and asked Sam the owner to redo them of course I didn’t want it done for free or a discount I was aware that I would be paying more money which was not the issue Sam however was upset that I asked for him to do it specifically because I love the way he does my nails well he was not to fond of my request and told me that every time I come in I cause problems I was baffled by his response to me and I asked are you sure you don’t have me mixed up with someone else? I’ve never caused problems and tip every time I go and I have been going to him for years he then stated that he no longer wanted me as a customer even though I haw need some anything wrong I wait my turn and I stay quiet until my name is called I’m not sure what his issue was today but he has lost a long time customer I will never return to this place he embarrassed me in front of other customers and showed nothing but rudeness and disrespect I will take my 60$ nails sets somewhere that treats their customers with respect.

Came in to get my eyebrows waxed like normal. I've had my eyebrows done on numerous occasions but not like this! Went to back room to get waxed and girl looked like she was unsure of what to do. She put the wax on me and pulled the paper like normal, but this time it seemed to burn more. Then she put more wax on me and burned my eyelid. She then left it on my eyelid to dry and continued to work. My eyelid stuck to itself and burned before drying. Then she put more wax and this time pulled skin off my eyelid. I complained to Manager and he grabbed what I thought was aloe vera, but turned out to be Hand Sanitizer. Burned so bad I screamed and demanded money back. Never go there!!!!

Very unprofessional, i have been going there for awhile, today i had enough of being over looked, people come in after me they would wait on them do their, nails i sit and wait because no one want to do my nails for no legitimate reason, i will never go back.today was my last day.poor service.one of the ladies that work there finally spoke up, she just shook her head, and said maybe they got you mixed up with someone else. Well, to me it was evil, and a unwelcome.therefore i shook the fist off my feet when i left and Sayyid let peace be still, never going back.stay away from this low class place.

I just left this location, and I remembered why I walked out almost a year ago. You walk in there's plants all over the entrance, like walking thru a rain forest. Next you walk in and you're not greeted. You write your name on a spiral bound notebook. Then after 10-15minsof silence they ask what you need. I needed to get waxed. You go into a dark room, there's holes in their ceiling. The lady that just completed someone's full set just removes her gloves and proceeds to grab wax and her stick. No hand washing or sanitizer. She then proceeds to get the wax doesn't give it a second to cool and puts it on my face. I sat thru the rest of this and completed what I needed. I paid no tip and ran out. I will never go back! Horrible service, run down building on the inside.
