Overall

They were going to send a tower for our broken down car. They said the tower would call us before he came. Then we found our our AAA cover ed the cost of the tow. We called and told them we were going to use AAA instead of theirs. Well, they sent theirs anyway. Both tows show up. Neither has AAA on the door so you don't know who is whos. Theirs showed up 2 min before the other. We call theirs who gave us his number when he loaded the tow. He said he was right down the street from our house but couldn't unload the car without permission from this company. Well, they didn't give it to him and told him to go ahead and tow it in. That $75 tow charge was NOT RIGHT. I asked to speak to the manager Lynn who is the rudest person ever. She said they would make it right if they had been wrong but as you see above they had 3 ways they were wrong: 1) we were not called before the tow came out as their worker Kyle said we would be 2) they did not notify their tow to not come after they were called and told to by us (they had approximately 30-40 minutes after we told them that we had AAA we would use instead) our phone records bear this out-we did not have the tow truck phone number until after he showed up to cancel ourselves 3) they should have told the tow guy to turn around when he was right by our house and let the free guy load the car.



Also, Lynn told me she would look into it right away on Friday afternoon as soon as I left and call me back. She didn't. So I called and David said she didn't look into it she left right away after I did.



They still have my car I hope and pray they don't jack things up to the bill because of this review but I wanted wary people who are strapped for cash like me to know they will rip you off for that $75 tow fee and not feel bad about it at all and I hope and pray that more customers are not treated as I was treated by Lynn. I WILL POST AN UPDATE TO THIS AFTER I PICK UP THE CAR TO LET YOU KNOW IF THEY PUNISHED ME FOR BEING HONEST ON THE REVIEW OR IF BY SOME MIRACLE THEY MADE THINGS RIGHT after as above having mulitple chances to do so.

No written estimate or does the shop give prices for the repairs.. Adds the cost of the diagnosis to the cost of the repairs.

I had a hard to diagnose issue...

I had a hard to diagnose issue with my Jeep Liberty and after having it in a local shop for several WEEKS without them being able to figure out what was making my vehicle jerk and stall when going uphill, the local shop recommended I take it to Computer Age and I'm glad they did!



These guys did everything possible to find out what was wrong and get me back on the road. They traced the entire electrical line until they found an area where the wires were exposed, rubbing, and making contact with the vehicle body when I was on an incline. Once they properly diagnosed it they had the issue fixed in no time and I haven't had a problem since.



Let me just say - I hate not knowing whether a shop is going to rip me off or waste my time, that's why I'm so glad I found this place. I know they're going to do the job right and not take advantage of me. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else, when I have an issue with my Jeep that I cant fix myself I want to take it to a place where they know their stuff, and they definitely do. They have earned my repeat business and I feel confident recommending them.
