PerformancePro Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice in Tyler, TX, specializing in orthopedic and sports injuries. Our physical therapy clinic is located on the South Side of Tyler TX, just inside the 323 loop. We can be found on the corner of Shelly Drive and US-69 across the street from Raising Canes.
Physical Therapy
We operate in a direct access state where, if your insurance plan authorizes self-referral to physical therapy, a physician referral is not necessary for you to be seen by a licensed therapist. Please check with your insurance though as many health insurance plans require a physicians referral for therapy to be covered.We also offer treatments, services and/or products that do NOT require a referral and are available on a self-pay basis.
Manual Therapy
Brandon is a native of Garrison, TX. He graduated in 2010 University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brandon also has his Integrative Dry Needling Certification. In addition to general orthopedics, Brandon integrates manual therapy techniques and has experience treating a wide variety of diagnoses, including sport injuries and spinal injuries, SI joint pain and more. Outside of the clinic Brandon enjoys spending time with his family; 5 year old daughter, 3 year old son, 14 month old son and beautiful wife of 10 years. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, playing musical instruments (guitar, piano, singing) and serving in his church as a Minister of Music.
