My Sister's Room

Was treated so rudely by the owner today. When I told her I wanted to check on the items I had left previously, she presented me with a blank, unsigned paper I had never seen before, saying that its the store's discretion to donate any items AFTER they are initially accepted and approved for sale ...even if it is less than the contract's 90 day policy, if the owner changes her mind about selling them. I repeated that I had never seen that paper or signed it before and then she DISMISSED me from the store and told me not to return. If this is the way she wants to run her business....then she should stop saying "Have a blessed day" to her customers, because obviously, she doesn't practice what she preaches. I would never recommend this shop to anyone else after this experience. I give it NO stars but had to click on at least one to place this reply.

I like this place they have good merchandise. I've bought a couple of things from here. BUT when we go its so uncomfortable, the employees/ owner are just following you around breathing down your neck. And they make it so obvious. I've shopped at other second hand stores and they let you shop in peace!
