They helped us out when we needed a truck. And they took care us very quickly. Thanks for being so nice.

This past week we needed a truck so our daughter and her children could move. My wife called the dealer on Gentry Parkway. They told her yes they only had one to come right away. We did drop everything and went. I walked in 10minutes or less. I asked the owner about the truck. He went about telling me he talked to 100 people a day, he couldn’t remember, did she reserve the truck? I was thinking if he wasn’t so rude he could have rented the two trucks he had out of 100 calls. I told him, I didn’t think she hadn’t reserved it. I thanked him and left. Back in the car I told my wife “I wouldn’t do business with him if I had to drive to Houston.” I was out voted, no respect, she goes in and gets the truck.

The windshield was so dirty you could hardly see out of it and the radio didn’t work. It sat over night and we had to jump it off to bring it back. I promise I’ll never spend a dollar there again. The owner is just plain rude, he doesn’t understand I was the customer and I demand curdiest service.
