        Overall

        In response to Ro Allan's review. Ms Allan actually found her clothes in a bag at her workplace. Ms Allan never gave them to our delivery driver to be sent to the cleaners. I found this out from her co-worker. Ms Allan would not respond or offer an apology for her bad review.

        Lost clothes and still have not replaced. Lost clothes on 8/10, stated they have a 30 day policy to look for clothes.it's over 60 days in and they still have not found the clothes, they offered 1/3 the value to replace which is unacceptable. Owner refuses to speak with me. Atrocious customer service, if you use them, cross your fingers that nothing happens to your clothes. I'm not the only one either, may want to check the BBB.

        Beware of Damage or Loss

        Extremely unprofessional and not service oriented at all. I wouldn't recommend this dry cleaners. They ruined a dress of mine and still made me pay for the dry cleaning. On another occasion they lost a dress and although found it later, still charged me for cleaning.
