Cole Cellular

All exaggeration aside, Cole Cellular has without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After my phone was damaged, I turned to Cole Cellular for a reputable phone repair business. Instead, I found employees who treated me as though each question I asked was of utmost annoyance to them, and ultimately treated me as though I was a complete pain in their you know what. Two hundred dollars, two weeks, and plenty of headaches later, I am still left with a phone that does not function properly. Don't make the same mistake I did by bringing your phone to Cole Cellular.

This company is owned by a lot of crooks and I wouldn't allow my enemy to do business with them. I drop my cell off (IPhone 4) for a price quote to see how much they would buy it for. We agree on $60(has water damage) and I tell the guy I will be by in the morning to get all of my information out of the phone. I get there in the morning and the guy is very rude to me(the owners son) and he even tells me "I'm not getting my phone" I then ask to speak to the manger and he comes getting in my face stating that I'm still not getting the phone, they have already sold a piece of it."This was not part of the agreement!!!".I was unsuccessful and getting my phone back and I will be seeking legal action (if you want more information on COLE CELLULAR pleaded email me at Britt10ne14@yahoo.com
