Love this place! The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything is newly remodeled and they have a beautiful pool. Very reasonably priced and right in town. Less than two miles from both colleges. Friendly and quiet neighbors. I will definitely be renewing!

Leasing agent is very friendly and helpful.The maintenance staff are wonderful, and always prompt and polite.I have one bedroom with affordable UT Tyler discount rent.The large walk in closet is really nice.Apartments are at a great price point for students! Location is not too far from places of interest in Tyler too!.They have monthly early bird special prizes.I got early bird winner prize two different time. First time I won
