Pure Clean House Cleaning Service

I took a day off from my busy schedule specifically for a scheduled house cleaning appointment with Pure Clean! Waited all day but nobody showed up and nobody ever bothered to call and notify me they could not fulfill the appointment!



I called, nobody pick up the phone; I emailed, no response! This is a horrible cleaning service and I've never experienced this with any other cleaning service before! They have absolutely no intention to honor their scheduled appointment and they have no decent respect toward customers' valuable time. If they were not able to comitte to an appointment, they shoud NOT make any in the first place!!



Pure Clean does not deserve to serve any customer. It has NO future and should be out of business soon!!

Unprofessional (very nice, but unprofessional), took 2 hours to clean 2 bathrooms (10x5ft) that were pretty much already clean, and mop. She went over on scheduled time which then caused Me to have to reschedule my doctors appointment and like a domino effect, canceled other plans. It was more hassel than it was worth considering she didn't put things back where they belong, failed to clean dried conditioner off of my clear glass shower doors, and left soap on the sink and faucet. Now I have to go re-clean my bathrooms. She also seemed to have no idea that a company promotion was going on and that I had already paid for her services, which was an uncomfortable conversation as to whether or not I still owed them money. I did speak with the owner who handled the corrective criticism well, and seemed to appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, damage is done and I'll pass on their future services nor can I recommend them in good conscience.
