Locklear Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Recently purchased a used car... 8 days later the clutch will not fully retract... The Manager of the used sales department informed us that the 90 day warranty did not cover the clutch and it would cost us $1800. We asked if the would at least go 50/50 on the repair cost. After days of no phone call returns.. The Manager agreed to $1600. I did not agree.. My trust in them was gone. I will never go back to that dealership again because of the used car manager. He had no sympathy that we had just spent over 20,000 on a car that in 8 days started having problems. I was told everything was up to him. In all fairness our salesman was nice...I would never encourage anyone to by from there.
