Chuy's

Had one of the best experiences in a long time great service Nick was our server and he did a great job and the staff was friendly and attentive worth every dollar we spent.

My husband and I went to Chuy's for the first time this weekend. Gameday weekend we were sat right away and our server was very nice. When the server brought out food my husbands order was wrong. No big deal it happens. About 10 minutes later the manager comes over and tells us the kitchen prepared it wrong again and that he would have it fixed and comp our meal. We thought it was nice of him and decided not to judge the restaurant on this one visit. The next night we decided to eat there again making a to go order. When we called the server on the phone was very rude and didn't even ask our name again we figured they were busy and decided not to judge them. When we arrived to pick up our food we explained to the hostess that the guy who took our order was very rude and didn't ask for our name. She apologized and went to get our order. When we got home and started to eat our food we noticed everything was not in the bag. They had not put our complete order in the bag before giving it to us. Seeing how we live 20 minutes away from the restaurant there was no way we were going back there at 9:00 pm so we called to speak to the manager. After being on hold about 15 minutes we decided to hang up. I was a server for many years and I understand that occasionally an order gets messed up but not every time someone comes in. As a manager myself having customers on hold for 15 minutes especially when they are unhappy is just bad business. I for will not go back to a place where they care so little about their customers.
