Best Buy

I've been to this store twice In two weeks first time I was coming to purchase the note 4 walk in no one acknowledged me at all I was in there for 20 min there were only tow other customers in the store and all the best buy employees from behind their dads playing with their phones or playing on the computer so I walked out I was not going to spend my money in a place that I was not acknowledged so I end up ordering the phone from the Verizon store so I can back the next week on the 27 of December i was looking for screen protector and an external battery for my note 4 same thing happen I walked to the accessories where there was an employee a woman with glasses and braids right there sitting but never looked up an knowledge me and I really needed those items for my phone but I was not going to beg anyone to help me that didn't want to help me at all and that will be the last time I ever step foot in that best buy
