Buyer beware. Bait and switch. Walk-through showed cracking paint, unfinished trim, multiple nail holes not sealed. Painter immediately made excuses and claimed they never seal nail holes. Blamed wood. Called the salesman and he said, "nail holes should be filled and sealed." Gave them a chance to do touch-up. 2nd walkthrough found cracking paint, unfinished trim, multiple holes. Painter claimed that holes should be left open and no one ever seals cracks. Multiple calls to other services including an expert contractor w/ 50+ years experiences says industry standard is to caulk/seal all holes and cracks. Still tbd what they're going to do to make this right. But go elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this hassle. Get someone who will do it right the first time. How can we trust the quality of the entire job when they're so obviously sloppy? It's apparent from several areas that the promised prep work simply wasn't done. Don't be fooled by warranties or fast-talking sales reps.
