We were recommended to Shawn by his Dad when he first opened his business in Tupelo. He and his team are outstanding and will exceed your expectations. Shawn and Kim are very professional and knowledgeable about insurance and a willingness to help you in any way possible.

I made an appointment with Shawn King's State Farm Office because I was having problems getting some important Flood Insurance issues taken care of. Shawn King is not my agent. I explained to him what I needed help with, and that I was considering leaving my current State Farm Agent. He helped me with everything I needed, and made several update calls. He also encouraged me to talk things over with my current agent. Shawn King isn't just a great State Farm Ins Agent...He is a great person. I was so pleased with this experience that any time Insurance comes up in a conversation I am giving his name.

The most knowledgeable office around. I called to check on car insurance and they gave me a better rate on my home and autos than i previously had. And they responded quicker than their competitors as well. Highly recommended.

Very helpful friendly staff. Have not had a claim yet thankfully, but staff is local and are always quick to reply when you need help.
