Anyone that gave this place more than 1 star and a positive review must not have come in contact with the older short-haired blonde woman! My first (and will be my only) experience with Remington's was not a pleasant one. From the moment me, my daughter, and my mom walked through the front door we were treated like we were an annoyance. How dare we attempt to patronize this establishment on a Tuesday night in December. It was surreal.....we left and went to Twigs up the street where we were greeted with a smile and had a great meal. If your in Tunkhannock looking for a place to eat and see Remington's keep driving!!

I am giving this a one star because their green beans were good. The steak was suppose to be medium rare but came out as well done. I told the waitress and her response was TO WALK AWAY! Soon after she picked up our plates and presented us with a $40 bill. It was so unbelievable. Would not recommend.

I don't want to put a one star but have no choice.We have gone a few times to give them a second chance, but with no prevail the place just sucks! They are very self centered, think that you are doing them the favor, no personality from owner who is the wife of the cook. Their attitude is just to make money, the food portions are ridiculous and the tall younger waitress is definitely in another world. uncurious, disrespectful and downright not business oriented.
It is true about having the reviews on their web page,they do not. Don't waste your time money. Their are plenty of wonderful other resturanunts in Tunkhannock to patronize.

New to the area and must rely on Internet reviews. Rather than seeing honest feedback on Remington's restaurant I only see garbage. I understand the need to defend your local eatery but please give real feedback and not mispelled garbage!

We had a great dinner last night. I beleave this is the "only" fine dinning in Tunkhannock. Maybe one day soon the Filling Station will come back so we have a great place for brakefast !

We were told (in a not so kind manner) to "go back upstairs", that children were not allowed in the reception area as they were "about to get really busy". At the time, there was not one soul in the reception area. We were simply taking our daughter downstairs to get some fresh air as the upstairs dining room was hot to say the least.
