General Info

The Sound to Harbor Head Start and ECEAP are preschools and provides child and family development programs to young children and their families. The programs include preschool and family support services to low-income families. The program serves students of 3 and 4 years of age and is administered by the Education Service District 113 in Thurston, Mason and Grays Harbor counties in Washington.
