I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Merchants, although I truly wish I had known about this fantastic Dentist many years ago.
I am petrified of the Dentist due to a few bad experiences I’ve had in the past with a couple Dentists that were lacking in experience and competence. I chose to put my dental work off year after year due to my overwhelming fear until I had no choice but to seek out a good Dentist. I had heard of Dr. Merchant through a mutual acquaintance as being a very gentle Dentist with outstanding “Chairside Manners”. I chose to put my faith in Dr. Merchants extraordinary reputation.
I called Dr. Merchant's office and they were able to fit me into their schedule that morning due to a cancellation that they had had. The office staff was very pleasant, competent, and patient with me (and everyone else I observed while waiting). I had high hopes for my dental procedure.
The anesthesia was given so carefully and precisely that I didn't even feel the needle going in. This alone is a feat that NO OTHER Dentist has been able to achieve. After the worst of it was over (the anesthesia) the rest of the procedure went just as it should……no pain during the procedure, but a very attentive Dentist present in the event I was to experience any pain.
This should go without saying………I am now a patient of Dr. Merchant’s for LIFE!
From the front office to the back, everyone at Dr. Merchant's is top notch. I appreciate the warm friendly atmosphere, and the fact that Dr. Merchant never tries to make me feel like I need procedures that other offices sometimes push on their patients. And he offers Botox now too! Bonus for me....
Dr. Merchant and his excellent staff have provided superb dental care to our family for many years. The professionalism and care that he and his staff demonstrate on every visit are truly exceptional!
We have been going to Dr. Chris Merchant since he "inherited" us from our "old" dentist when he retired.
We have had great care from him and his hygienists, and his office staff have helped us through several insurance changes.
Can I attribute the fact that I've never had a Cavity to Dr. Chris?? I dunno, but why not?
Dr. Merchant and his crew have been taking care of my dental health for many years and I've always been pleased to return. They're first rate.
