Party Pro Rents

Horrible customer service. One of the tables we rented was so wobbly it could not be used. This was their response: A number of factors could cause the table to be wobbly: uneven floors, the table leg not be completely inserted into the feet. Since Party Pro Rents was notified after the product had been returned, there is no way for us to test to product to determine if it was faulty or from other factors.



Basically saying we are stupid. Will not do business again.

I've been in the event planning and rental industry for almost 20 years I have never had such inconsistent pricing in my life. I rented from them the past two years for pipe and drape for one of my best clients. The first year they charged me $169.00 and some change. The second year they charged $302.00 and some change. This year they want to charge me 562.00. Not only that the manager was very rude to me when trying to explain the difference and said she was recording the conversation. I don't know about you but I don't want to do business with someone like that. Then she hung up on me.

Everything went well until after the items rented were turned in. We had stains on two of our linens that we were aware of and assumed would not come out after a wash. When we received our final invoice we were charged for 4 linens instead of the two that we assumed we would be charged for. I asked to personally see which linens were stained and they were ok with us coming to their facility. Upon arrival my husband was then told that they were incorrect and we are only being charged for two. The owner, Scott, came back with a total of $50.82 it may not seem like much but when their invoice says that the linens only cost $13.32 each there is a problem with the calculation. Scott said that he did not charge us for the damage waiver but $13.32 times two plus $24.18(damage waiver) = $50.82. When we mentioned his calculations to him he then proceeded to tell us that it was a typo and whoever gave us that price was wrong. This price was sent to us via e-mail by Party Pro Rents staff. We shouldn't be charged for the $24.18 damage waiver because that was originally charged to us before the rentals were picked up therefore he was trying to make the charge to us twice. When we argued these calculations & said that we were not going to pay this due to Party Pro Rents making incorrect calculations Scott called the police & threatened that he would take us to court. This man handled his business very unprofessional. All of his items were returned with no damage with the exception of the linens that we were already aware of and willing to pay the HONEST price for. Customers be careful of your rentals, don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of by this company.

My rentals came through Party Pro Rents for a party I had for my parents anniversary. I was really nervous doing it as I am horrible with color cordinations and had no idea what I was doing but Party Pro saved me from a disaster party. The showroom girls there were so helpful and showed me all the things I could do on a tight budget that were beautiful! I will definately use them in the future and cannot thank them enough!

Party Pro is the best in town for the business! I searched all around Tulsa for my wedding rentals and I settled with Party Pro because they had the best products and the best customer service. I have always used them for my house parties and my kids parties as well and I am never dissapointed. Take it from someone who knows, Party Pro is definately the way to go!

I rented from this Company for my Wedding Reception and it was absolutely wonderful. My tables and chairs were in great condition, my tents looked wonderful, and my linens stunning. I could not have asked for a better experience to help plan my wedding. The staff was always helpful and able to give me tips and tricks that I would have never known about. Even the delivery crew who setup my tents and brought my rentals were so nice. The showroom they have is absolutely beautiful and I love how you can create your own table there to know exactly what you vision your wedding day looking like. Thank you so much again all of you!
