Afordable Dental Tullahoma

I went in their office at opening time, and asked to be seen for a tooth ache that has been hurting my whole side of the face non-stop. I said I didn't have an appointment but that I couldn't wait 5 more days to be seen. I told them I decided to go to their office since their website clearly said they welcomed walk-ins and in fact it states they never turn one down. But the woman just told me they couldn't take a walk in today and she argued that she had never seen that statement about them never turning a walk-in down on their website. She was very rude! I showed her the statement from my phone and told her they might want to change it on the website. What kind of professional treats customers with such disrespect?? I would have understood if she would have nicely said they were just too busy that day.

Very pleased with the office! The staff was very professional and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this dentist office.
