Western Express

Went to get gas at this station using my Fry's V.I.P. my card had 104 points, she swiped my card and she erased my points and did not give my discount. The store is actually robbing people of their VIP points and not giving the discount.. I went in and pre-paid knowing gas price was $3.52 a gallon, I still paid $3.52, which should of been $3.42 a gallon. When I went back the store is to busy to stand and argue, but caution about using your card at any of the Shell stations that advertise you a discount with your Fry's VIP card, This is what I call highway robbery. Now I only have 4 points on my vip card. My loss may be your gain because someone is claiming my points at the pump.!!!!!
