Tucson Cleaners

Last November, we took silk curtains to Tucson Cleaners to be cleaned. 3 of the 4 curtains were laundered instead of dry cleaned which ruined the fabric. We imediately showed them what had been done and they admitted damaging the curtains They had us return the curtains to them several times so they could inspect them and fill out a claim form so we could be reimbursed. After waiting 4 months for a resolution, they told us if we want our money to take them to small claims court. The true test of any business is how well they take care of their customers when things don't go right. If you value you belongings, don't trust them to this cleaner!
