        Made a payment via a check however the check has not been cashed. we are canceling the check and only doing online billing. HOWEVER... we will be charged a return fee if the check is later returned with a stop payment... keep in mind we are paying with online billing and so the company will essentially be charging us twice for the same single bill. company personnel state they are unable to not process the check if it presents and is processed.

        There is little to no accountability with the check payment system and personnel are quick to defend their inabilities without resourcing for a resolution.
