Our curriculum focuses on all aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & grappling, from throws & takedowns to ground work & submissions. Primero academy is a progressive family oriented academy that promotes traditional martial arts values; family, attitude, respect, discipline, honor & loyalty. Our method of instruction provides a common sense approach to self defense while providing a fun, safe & invigorating environment. Primero integrates beginners into ongoing classes with advanced students. Newcomers learn not only from the instructor, but also from more experienced students. Advanced students, in turn, gain valuable insight by helping new students progress, thus providing a wider pool of technical knowledge, wisdom & insight.
