        Not very helpful. The staff is not friendly or the environment inviting. I had vision insurance and I was pleased that they accepted it, but I wish my experience had been more favorable. I would not and have not referred anyone to them..

        On the several occasions I have visited the store, I have observed the manager crying, on personal phone calls, and haven't been able to speak with her. The two girls up at the front are very polite and helpful and the assistant manager has always helped me. The manager seems more involved with her own home life, rather than her responsibility as a manager.

        My granddaughter is covered by CMDP through Child protective services. This was the only optical company that would take CMDP insurance for her glasses.
