Frank's Smoke Shop

Pretty nice smoke shop. Prefer this place to the others down the street. Gentleman behind the counter was very patient with me in explaining the device in which I was buying. Even set it up for me and taught me the ins and out of my new device. Highly recommended.

came today to pick up some christmas gifts for my Husband and Father in law. This place has an AMAZING humidor with TONS of cigars. Basically, got a cigar lession from the owner 'Frank' who was so kind and thoughtful. he even gave me a 7% discount on my order. I didnt realize untill i looked at the receipt later.

Great store. best on this side of town.

Love this place. If your a cigar smoker this place has ciagrs you wont find easily around tucson. Great customer service as well.

im pretty sure the owner, Frank, intentionaly treats his customers like they dont exist. This is the firsf bad review I've ever left online concerning customer service. I am easy, laid back. I might be the most non-confrontational, non-contentious, chilled out person, west of the Mississippi. I cant stand and will not allow violence, to take hold of me or mine. The owner Frank is so rude. It required every ounce of self control, to not break his face and watch him choke on his teeth! Dont take my word for it. I encourage anyone and everyone to shop here 1 time in your life. you will leave thankfull that you are not Frank. Cause you gotta be in bad bad way to treat people the way he does.

Bought a down stem from them and it broke when I tried to remove it from the water pipe.
