5+1 is my official review status! Recently I had my 1st Colonoscopy with Dr. Larissa Allen's office at Arizona Digestive Institute and I was PLEASANTLY surprised!! Yes, "if I can do this procedure, you can do this procedure!" ALL the RN's and MD's and nursing assistants were hands down the BEST in professionalism, customer service and bedside manner... My anxiety was through the roof before this procedure but after the reassurance and kind words from the staff, I was much calmer and ready to go through the process. My anesthesiologist was VERY helpful. The recovery RN got me safely back to myself. EVERYONE at the procedure office gets my TRUE appreciation and gratitude for making me and my family confident in this process. Please know that this patient will continue to sing your praises to ALL about this experience! I and my family definitely recommend Arizona Digestive Institute to current & future new patients.😊
