They keep going up on their prices, and food quality and freshness has went downhill last couple of years. The owner is extremely rude.

When your order gets messed up, not the way you order it they do not care. When your entree comes out after your spouse has finished eating they do not care. You complain and they still don't care. You still pay regardless.

The servers are from Mexico and have broken english. I have been eating there for over five years now. Today we had supper there. This is the final straw. Will not be back.

We always order hot and sour soup with no tofu and light pepper. Everytime we order we tell them this. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't. I know the last 10 or so times we have eaten there it's been the same server. The soup came out and it was loaded in pepper, but no tofu like we ordered. I couldn't eat it. I had to send it back. Anytime you send something back it's a huge ordeal. The owner came over there and she knows we eat there a lot, very rude, said what is wrong with the soup. We said we ordered the soup with no tofu and light pepper. It's loaded in pepper. You could smell the black pepper. She didn't even let me get finished before she walked off. The server came over before the owner did and said i told them light pepper and walked off. The owner said next time remind them how you want your soup. Also said it being a different server. It wasn't a different server the same one. It doesn't matter who the server is, remind them of what??????? I said we always order this everytime this way. We don't expect them to remember it. We tell them everytime. Ticked me off. Then she said go enjoy your soup. Now, if the shoe was on the other foot, they would be raising hell and refusing to pay.



Also, the food doesn't seem to be consistent from one experience to the next.



They are just RUDE RUDE RUDE!
