I count myself lucky from the day I first met Bill Roman. He has solved every technical problem I've had (and I have a lot) for almost a decade. He's expert, quick to respond, has never been at a loss for any problem, has also helped me remotely by answering questions (no question too stupid) and solving my problems. A real winner. Can't praise him enough.
