My superior customer service, attention to detail, as well as my skills in many different trades set me appart from other contractors. I pride myself on the quality of work I present. Having a BFA in ceramic sculpture from the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, I feel I can offer a quality of workmanship unparalleled by others. Or if you are on a budget, I can also reface your existing cabinetry for an equally amazing touch. I install pre-manufactured cabinets as well as design and make many types of trim and crown moldings. Additionally, I can modify or re-build your existing cabinetry for a new and exciting look.
Bathroom Remodeling
When I needed a complete bathroom remodel, as well as a variety of other home improvements, I was referred to contractor Geoff Coscia by a friend. It was the best choice I could ever have made- -he had an incredible range of skills, tools an abundance of energy and a "can do" approach to problem solving- -all of which were needed to complete the work that I wanted done on my 1908 home. Above and beyond demonstrating great competence, I also experienced how Geoff's artistic sensibility, creativity, and ability to ask the right questions allowed him to produce the aesthetic outcome I had been able to envision in my mind's eye. Working together was a fun experience, I felt very comfortable having him in my home, I would hire him again, and would recommend him without reservation to anyone who wants quality work done at a very reasonable cost.
Flooring
Tile Installation
Geoff put in a beautiful wood floor with radiant heat. He also installed a cozy cast iron and granite stove, fueled by natural gas, that can heat just the room or the whole house. He closed in the fireplace with simple but elegant tile work that matched the room,the stove centered in front, so now we have a real hearth. It is our favorite room.
Fireplaces
We are so happy with our new living room. We were ready to get rid on the dusty old carpet and though we loved the idea of a fireplace, ours was breezy and inefficient and generated no heat whatsoever.
Cabinet Installation

New Construction
I am happy to assist in creating a home environment that is healthy, peaceful and harmonious for you and your entire family. I offer design layout and material selection. Additionally, I will take you through the building process all the way to completion, on time and within a given budget. The quality of my work will never suffer as a result of budgetary constraints. I love the challenge of creating a “work of art” without a high price tag. With the current state of our economy and the continued strain on our natural resources, I feel it is our responsibility to work together, conserve energy and use renewable materials whenever possible. It is much more rewarding for me as a contractor to remodel or add on to something that already exists than to continue building new construction.
