        I recently went to see the movie "Frozen" at the Troy Movie House. One of the speakers in the theater was blown causing a lot of loud and annoying distortion. I went out, and the lady at the counter just said that it was not their policy to issue refunds and I was turned away. I got the impression that it was not their intention to repair the damaged speaker, so the noise will only get worse.

        If you're are hoping to enjoy the movie that you are going to see, it's worth the drive to go to another theater.
