        Took my car to this dealership, for AC/heater issue, I told my SA (service advisor) that the driver side is blowing cold air when the AC is turned on, but the passenger side is blowing hot air. I told the SA that there is a clicking noise when the AC or the heater is turned on. After they diagnose the problem, the SA called back and told me the whole AC/heater needs to be replaced to the tune of $3400.00. They kept the car for 5 days for recall work. After I took the car, I went to an independent mechanic to get a second opinion. It turns out it was the blend door for the AC/heater mechanism, if the AC is turned on the blend door will close the heater output and if the heater is choosen the blend door will close the AC output, and that the AC/heater was in good condition. Price to fix/replaced the blend door, $363.00. Before you let this dealership work on your car get a 2nd opinion. But, hey i got a $65.00 car wash out of it. diagnostic fee.
