        Overall

        I don't get car salesman, they have no knowledge of their inventory. They answer questions with questions. No wonder our car industry went down. This guy I spoke with was a cocky F*** and I'm sure is not interested in customer service just interested in the fast sale. All dealerships should have secret shoppers just to see what kind of Dumba$$'s they have working for them.
