Great service and very happy with the job they did at are home on are driveway thanks reliable and crew.

Just had Reliable come out to complete a small job to take care of some pooling water and fill in a gap in between the house and drive way. Job was done quick, looks great and the price was more than fair. Would highly recommend them.

I wanted to update the status of my Driveway/Walkway project.
I went with Reliable Custom Concrete, and boy I am happy. They did a fantastic job. Very clean, very skilled. They did a new driveway in colored concrete, did the garage floor concrete in lighter color, and front an back walkways in exposed aggregate with blue glowstones.

Of these,
Cornerstone Asphalt gave a good quote for 12K for asphalt driveway and exposed aggregate walkways but had something iffy on BBB.
I called GT Concrete multiple time, no one got back
I called Steves Concrete, he came and heard what I was looking for, and never got back to me with a quote
Titan Sealcoating did give me a quote, 18K, for the driveway/walkway in exposed aggregate
Birmingham Seal Coating have me 2 options - all asphalt driveway/walkway for 12K, and asphalt driveway and concrete walkway for 15K

The last person to show up was Johna from Reliable Custom Concrete. She heard everything I had to say, saw the pictures I had drawn up, heard why I was looking for asphalt driveway (don't like white color concrete), and suggested 4 options. She said I could get colored concrete driveway and exposed aggregate walkways. She gave me a portfolio of 60+ customers. She pointed out some cool things they have done with Glow In The Dark stones. She had seem my Garage Floor and suggested I could get that done at the same time. And she gave me a total quote of 14K for the driveway and garage in concrete in Slate, and exposed aggregate walkways with glow stones. She provided 4 different options - something I was really looking for as I did not know exactly what I would like, just some ideas.
If I had any additional concrete work, this is exactly where I would go. Wonderful experience.

I am sure all contractors do a good job. In the end, one chooses what seems appropriate and has experience with just one company. And this time around, my choice for going with Reliable Custom Concrete was everything I had hoped for.

Reliable isn't just their name. They are very professional, do excellent work in a timely manor that Michigan weather permits. Contract is straight forward and have viewed jobs giving bad reviews that obviously didn't read it. The selections are exceptional, and well priced. Sealers are top notch, and problems are usually do to customers rushing.

This is a wonderful company to do business with. They are Reliable and Professional. They did a great job replacing my driveway and walkway. I highly recommend them!

I found Reliable online and I'm glad I did. I called 5 different companies 2 never called back 1 called the next day and 1 called a week later Reliable answered my call. Kevin came out the next day and gave me an estimate. They were not my cheapest bid, but they were by far the best choice. One company told me they could do it for a really cheap price then I found out they weren't even licensed. I choose Reliable cause I knew I could trust them. They did my driveway 3 years ago and I had them come back last year to do my stamped patio. I love there work and enjoy my family get together in the back yard. Thanks Kevin & Johna

I have been dealing with this company for 3 years & have never had a problem. They did a new stamped patio & walkway for me, and I call them back every year to do my reseales. They are a great company, & I would recommend them to anyone. After reading the last persons review I had to let everyone know this is a good company to have work done by.

The sealer that Reliable applied had bubbles at time of installation. They promised to correct the problem.

Reliable is very Unreliable. They will not return phone calls. They did not stand behind the installation.

They told me the sealer should last 2 years, and it did not last 2 months.

Will be calling the BBB to find out who else had this problem.
