Very, very disappointing! :(
We were so excited to try Picano's. Started with bread and we were given a dish of olive oil with it. The dish had LESS than a tablespoon of oil. There were four of us! Soup was next, not hot, not warm, not just right..cool. On top of that, there were two bites of soup. I thought it was a joke. Entree, it has to get better, right? Not. We were all in a shrimp mood and ordered Shrimp Scampi. The shrimp tasted like they were soaked in iodine. Obviously low quality. I asked for lemons for my water three times. Never brought butter or more oil for the bread either. She was quite aloof.
All in all, an extremely disappointing dinner. We will not be back.
