        Excellent customer service! I bought my radio from a street vendor at a UA football game in Tuscaloosa, AL and it did not work. Live Sports Radio sent out a replacement and sent a return postage envelope for the old one. They said they rarely have a failure and wanted to understand why my radio did not work. I was worried they would ignore me since I was out of state but they are great! I highly recommend.
