Come With US Services Inc

We used this company to rent out our house and several months after, we got a letter that they are going out of business. My husband called to get our some money back and could not get a hold of them. I'm sure they knew that they were closing when they signed us up. They basically just took advantage of us and had us pay all that money to start up the contract.



For other customers, what can we do to fight this???

This company deserves a negative star rating, They are Very Unprofessional, they purchases paint and supplies from our company and did not pay their bill, they do not respond to phone calls, emails, letters, statements. We took them to small claims court in Sept. 2011, they were served but did not show up and did not pay within the 21 days judgement, We are are still persuing court actions, companies and company owners like these do not deserve to be in business!! DO NOT USE THEM WHAT SO EVER

This company did not forward rent payments in a timely manner. After we terminated our contract they never forwarded the last month's rent they collected despite repeated promises to do so. Took them to small claims court. They did not show up and default judgment was entered against them. Still have not paid. We asked them to hand over the tenant's security deposit which they should have had in a separate escrow account. Request ignored. Last correspondence from them informed us they were going out of business.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!



This company was OK until I gave them the keys. After that they no longer answered my phone calls. I had to get a new property management company to actually get paid from the tenant.



I found it very scary that they are an accredited business by the BBB.



Bottom line - This company is a Fraud!

So this is how the story goes.



My wife and I used this company to rent out and maintain a small condo in warren MI. They were more than happy to take the keys to the condo and have us sign a one year contract with them. Then they immediately rented for six months not the year as promised. We later found out it was to a relative of someone who works for the company. The Only reason we decide to use a property management company is so we wouldn’t have to call tenets if they were late on the rent payments. THE FIRST CHECK WAS LATE. When we tried to contact them several times via email and telephone they did not respond for a week. It’s funny how they responded right away via email before they had the contract signed and the keys in their hands. When they finally did respond we came to an agreement that the check would be in our mailbox with in the next 3 days. 5 days later a check arrives NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS SHORT of what it was supposed to be. Are their any good real estate attorneys in the yellow pages???
