I would not recommend services from NJ Tek Squad. I dropped my phone that did not have a protective case on it which caused the whole screen to shatter and I was unable to use the phone at all. I contacted NJ Tek Squad who initially told me that it would take up to 3 days for the repair of the screen & that i would be charged $50 for the repair plus the amount for the screen which left my total at $150 . I didn't receive my phone back until a week later & when I did get it back the screen wasn't functioning properly, I had it for less than 12hours before the screen cracked again without it being dropped, it was simply in my pocket where i normally kept it. The replacement screen is obviously thinner and of a lesser quality than the first one which leads me to believe than I was charged excessively for the screen. When I asked the Tech. would could be done , I was told to buy another screen &he'd replace it for free, when on their website it clearly states that all repairs and services are money-back guaranteed and that there is a 3 month warranty on screen repair in which none of these was offered to me. NJ tek Squad is a complete waste of time and money.
