Knott Funeral Home Inc

I recently attended my cousin's service at Knott's. I was so upset at how my cousin looked. She did not look like herself. It looked like they rushed though getting her prepared. They made her body look very different from how it actually looked. There was no one, I mean no one that worked there the entire viewing. Where they were I do not know. My family had a terrible time working with them leading up to the service as well. There are so many funeral homes in Hamilton I do not know why anyone would take their business to Knott's.
