Joe is nice, but completely overwhelmed. He insists on doing everything himself, you walk in, you will be waiting for him (for a WHILE), and you can't make an appointment. Changes to policies are difficult, he never puts things in writing, he dragged my Dad along for 6 months to cancel a policy after selling his house, he kept on saying, do this, give me that, I do it and then a month later saying I needed to give him something else.

joe has been an excellent ins agent. he goes out of his way to take care of his clients.. ive been going to Joe for many years and recommend everyone i know or meet who needs ins.
