The proprietor of this business, Reece Bigger, worked on our chimney, overcharged us, then, by his own admission, said he owed us some money back, and then played hard-to-get for six months. Twice he called to tell me he'd send me the money he agreed to refund to us. But no check appeared. After I said I'd write negative reviews about his business, he finally sent us a check.



To be fair, we were happy with Reece (on previous jobs) until this incident. Why it took six months and me threatening to write bad reviews for us to get our money back is beyond me. Apart from this incident, he has been okay, but I will not use him again.
