Today evening me and my husband Vijay Singh was at your store around 6:18 pm.

I want to share with you that Sam really went out her way to help us ship our package. She stayed back extra time even beyond 6:30 until 6:45 to finish the process.

Best thing was she was very courteous and took care of our mailing with a smile.

We have also seen her handling one more customer who came to drop or pick something almost close to 6:30.

We are extremely happy with her customer service and behavior. She is definitely a keeper. I am glad you’ve such great people working for you.

We will never goto another UPS location because of Sam.
