        Attention!! The NEW Trenton Urgent Care on 2865 West rd. across from the High School, that opened to business on February 2021 is not the same old Trenton Urgent Care (The River) that was on 3645 West rd. that does not exist anymore.

        Misdiagnosed pneumonia as bronchitis. I ended up in the hospital that night. Literally took 15 seconds to examine me. Never again. Stay clear.

        Double charges debit card and wont refund

        This place double charged my debit card. I called them and they told me to come in the next day to have it taken care of. I went there showed them the charges on my account and they would not refund the money. They wanted me to leave them a printed copy of my checking account charges, so that they could send me a check. I showed them proof that the money was double charged and they didnt care. I will be calling my bank to report fraud charges against them. DONT GO THERE THEY ARE A SCAMMING BUSINESS

        does not pay to be early

        This is the third time that I have been the first person in line when the business opened at 10:00 and each time it was about an hour to see the doctor. twice the excuse was a computer issue and once they were honest and said the doctor was running late. very unprofessional
