Founded in 1935, Sibley Gardens is a family-owned independent restaurant. Its menu features prawn cocktails, fried calamari, seared ahi tuna, steamed Manila clams and Dungeness crab cakes. The restaurant s entr e menu includes various dishes of seafood, such as smoked wild salmon, almond-crusted sea bass, grilled halibut, saut ed prawns, blackened snapper and Australian lobster tails.
