        Overall

        Excellent and FAST service - I called just after-hours tonight and the lock repair gentleman arrived within a half hour, squeezing me in before a longer job. He not only made sure I could my house lock gave me my keys back and reset it so the lock worked properly, he made sure the strike plate fit more accurately, a slightly separate problem that was ruining my new door. Terrific respectful service, with a smile to boot.

        Overall

        Great people. Had lost my keys to a padlock I used on my bike rack... I took the rack piece to them to have the lock removed. 30 seconds later I had an unlocked lock and a bike rack piece... No charge!
